Kim started her career with VIP Realty - Commercial in 2007 as the Assistant to Paul Sands of the Sands Commercial Group. With over 15 years in the commercial real estate industry, Kim offers a high-level of expertise when it comes to the sales and leasing of commercial real estate. Her focus has been vast over the last few years working in all sectors including Vacant Land, Retail, Office, Medical Office, Industrial, and Investment properties. In addition to her position as a Commercial Advisor, Kim is the Administrative Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, and Research Analyst for the VIP Realty - Commercial team.
An Ohio native, Kim majored in Accounting at the University of Akron and later moved to Fort Myers to join her family in 1985. Prior to her real estate career, Kim spent over 20 years working in the Accounting and Construction Industry for the Eye Centers of Florida and later B & I Contractors, Inc.
Given her background and knowledge of commercial construction, cost accounting and project management, Kim continues to think beyond the transaction and is a valuable asset to her clients. Kim's goal and reason for becoming a Commercial Advisor has always been to assist small and large business owners achieve the best possible result by providing the knowledge and expert guidance required in every real estate transaction.
